JP Operations prepared six residential lots in North Huntingdon with engineered pads, utilities, and site reclamation for Shuster Homes' new development.
Johnny’s Trail, also known as the North Whitmore Road Development, is a six-parcel single-family residential development spearheaded by JP Land Holdings LLC. As the site contractor, JP Operations Inc. executed every phase of site development, beginning with clearing, grubbing, and installation of erosion controls. We constructed engineered fill slopes and building pads, installed a new sanitary sewer main and taps, and brought in a new electrical main to service the lots. Once our scope was complete, each lot was pad-ready for RWS Custom Homes, the project’s exclusive builder. This development is a model of turnkey residential lot preparation.
