Jack’s Place is a multifamily residential development located at the intersection of Guffey Road and Clay Pike in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. This in-house project for JP Construction Group LLC showcases JP Operations Inc.'s full-service site development capabilities. From property acquisition to permitting and all stages of construction, our team led the charge. JP Operations Inc. handled comprehensive site clearing and grading, poured concrete footings, installed stormwater management systems, and completed full utility installation—including sewer, gas, water, and electric. Once completed, the property will house a modern duplex intended for long-term rental.
